V.I.S.T.A is a system in which individuals receive healthcare based on their contributions to society. Those who contribute sufficiently are given a green light, meaning their healthcare costs are covered. Individuals whom V.I.S.T.A determines to be contributing inadequately receive a red light and are therefore required to pay (most of) the costs themselves. But what exactly qualifies as a contribution?
The purpose of V.I.S.T.A is to stimulate public debate regarding healthcare policy.
